Meet Coach Niks

Hello. I’m glad you are here. My name is Nikki Moriarty. I am a mom of two, former corporate leader, and now, a life and leadership coach dedicated to helping others break free from burnout and reconnect with what matters most.

For years, I juggled high-stakes leadership roles and motherhood, all while silently carrying the weight of exhaustion. On paper, it looked like I had it all. But behind the scenes, the constant pressure, long hours, and never-ending deadlines left me drained and disconnected. It was in that space of burn out and searching that a quiet spark of courage lit the path to something new.

That journey led me to coaching. I traded my corporate armor for a more honest role: a guide for others navigating their own turning points. Today, I bring the depth of my personal experience, the sharpness of my professional background, and the heart of a coach to create space for transformation.

A Ketch is a type of sailboat built for long journeys, deep waters, and changing winds. It’s designed to explore. To move forward. Even when things are uncertain.

The name Ketch represents what I want for my clients:
